Mr. Schwarz manages the east coast office of Continental Real Estate
Services, Inc. He also resides over the Commercial Due Diligence and
Loan Packaging Services offered by the firm.
He brings over twenty years of lending experience to Continental.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Schwarz was CEO of Mortgage Capital Advisors,
Inc. Mortgage Capital Advisors, Inc. is a commercial lender and broker
and parent company to several real estate subsidiaries. While CEO, Mr.
Schwarz led the creation of two residential lending subsidiaries, a
“Gap-Equity” lending subsidiary, nine development and construction
subsidiaries as well as an E-Commerce subsidiary. Mortgage Capital was
a co-developer of Wakefield Plantation and Estates, a 2,000-acre, 4,800 home
residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Included were
Commercial Centers, Schools, a Super YMCA and a Tournament Players Club (TPC)
golf course designed by Seniors Champion, Hale Irwin.
Prior to Mortgage
Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Schwarz held executive level financial positions
with large financial institutions including Prudential Home Mortgage
Company, Union Labor Life Insurance Company, International Bank Holding
Company Subsidiary companies and Equitable Life Insurance Company.
